Human Rights Law Network

Indian Constitutional Aid Association is partnering with Human Rights Law Network to carry out an extensive project in Kishanganj, Bihar in the upcoming months. The flagship project of ICAA and HRLN would focus on giving pro bono legal aid to minority communities imprisoned in the jails of Kishanganj and surrounding districts. ICAA and HR

Indian Constitutional Aid Association is partnering with Human Rights Law Network to carry out an extensive project in Kishanganj, Bihar in the upcoming months. The flagship project of ICAA and HRLN would focus on giving pro bono legal aid to minority communities imprisoned in the jails of Kishanganj and surrounding districts. ICAA and HRLN will help UTRC imprisoned for petty crimes get bail under the procedure established by law. The project will focus on minors, Dalits, and other marginalized communities imprisoned through the improper procedure as per the law of the land and release them from the jails with due consideration of the experts and practitioners in the field of law.
