Our Practice
Indian Constitutional Aid Association is a group started by a team of Law students and Lawyers in partnership with research scholars as well as people from the Public Policy sector.
We offer services of evidence-based research and assistance to the Hon'ble Members of Parliament, Draft Bills and letters as well as assistance for Question Hour. Along with this, we even assist them with writing their Debates, Comments, Speeches, and Social Media Posts.
We also offer Legal assistance, draft petitions, formulate policy drafts (recommendations to the Government of India), and File RTIs.

Why us? We have a collective experience of 1.5 years working with sitting MPs of Lok Sabha, have drafted several Private Member’s bills, written speeches and letters that have gone viral, and we have the resources.
